Fredrick Tiburcio (帝波) was the original 16 foreign players from CPBL year one. Tiburcio spent 6 seasons in Taiwan (1990 to 1995) with a career stats of .289/.357/.455
Tiburcio is now working a hitting coach within the Cleveland Indians minor league system.
