Uni-Lions have confirmed the organisation will continue their partnership with the Arizona Diamondbacks for spring training camp in 2018. Coaches from the Diamondbacks system are expect to come to Taiwan as guest-coach during the spring training period.
“At this stage, we still need to iron out the finer details with the Diamondbacks. But the 3 Diamondbacks coaches we had during Fall camp were very well received by our players.” Said Uni-Lions GM.
2017 Uni-Lions Fall Camp
Instead of working with NPB teams during Fall camp. For the first time in Uni-Lions franchise history, the organisation partnered up with MLB team for their off season training camp.
3 coaches from the Diamondbacks system Darrin Garner, Jeffrey Bajenaru and Jorge Cortes were invited to lead the Fall training camp back from October to November.
