Team Taiwan Announces 2026 WBC Roster
This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for. On February 6, Team Taiwan announced its final 30-man roster for the upcoming 2026 World Baseball Classic.
The squad features 15 players from the CPBL, 9 from the MLB system, 5 from NPB, and 1 free agent with no current affiliation. The roster breakdown includes 16 pitchers, 3 catchers, 7 infielders, and 4 outfielders.
Notably, for the first time in Team Taiwan history (at the senior level), the team includes 2 Taiwanese Americans on the squad. Below are the English roster and some additional notes on them.
