Ever since Fubon group stepped into professional baseball during the off-season of 2016, they have been doing everything they possibly can to make Taiwan baseball better. Yesterday Fubon Guardians announced the completion of the organization’s dormitory, with the goal to provide convenient and better living environment for their payers and their families during the season.
Located in 淡水 (Tamsui), the dormitory costs approximately $1.3 million USD which comes fully equipped with fitness center and hydrotherapy pools. At the same time the organisation have plan to add an in-door pitching/ batting training facility near the dormitory in the near future.
Fubon Guardians GM 蔡承儒 (Chris Tsai) mentioned in an interview. “The design of the dorm is based on MLB and other professional leagues’ standards, and I wish this place means more like a home to our players.”
The organization also released a 2 minutes time-lapse photography to reveal the look of the guardians’ home.

Special thanks to Vamos Sports, as they shared a news scoop of the recently retired Taiwanese baseball legend 陳金鋒 (Chen Chin-Feng)’s favorite perfume when they visited his room. Chen joined the Fubon team as the organization’s vice GM in the beginning of 2017 season.
