In preparation for the 2017 CPBL All-Star Game, Hualien stadium is currently under renovation for its dugouts and the field. Stadium is expected to reopen in early May.
Best stadium (scenery) in Taiwan
Located in rural east coast of Taiwan (majority of the population lives on the west coast) with the seating capacity of 5500. The simple Hualien stadium is probably the best stadium in Taiwan in terms of the scenery, with the Central Mountain Range literally in the background.
