Identical to Bryce Harper’s incident
About a month ago the same thing also happened to Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals. Below is the side-by-side video of Lin Che-Hsuan and Bryce Harper on their base slipping incident.

Lin Che-Hsuan injury update
According to Guardians press release. Lin does not need surgery after examinations, but will have to be sidelined for at least 2 weeks due to ligament strain and sprained ankle.
“All I can do now is rest, there’s no set timing on when will I return to the lineup. Thank God the injuries wasn’t as serious as we originally anticipated.” Said the CPBL All-Star centrefielder Lin Che-Hsuan.
